Developed by MJ Kazmierski in 2011 when he was working for the UK Ministry of Justice & Her Majesty’s Prison Service as a prison governor, trade union rep and Diversity Train The Trainer responsible for teaching 144,000 MOJ members of staff how to recognize and challenge bullying and other forms of abusive behaviour all across the UK - TESSEN is a simple set of 10 ideas which can be memorized and used by any one in any situation where interpersonal relationships involve harmful abuses of power - such as bullying, discrimination, harassment and passive aggression
